I just recently installed the GT704WG, 64 bit, 54 mbps, Wireless DSL Router with a Wireless-G 802.11g USB Adapter cause my computer was to old. Anyways, after I was done installing everything, it said that there was limited or no connectivity (no internet). Whats going on and how do I solve it? (I have been calling Verizon, Best Buy, Circuit City, etc. for days and I'm starting to get pissed off). Someone PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
How close is the computer to the router?
If you can access the router to get to the config page, have you made any changes fromthe default config?
What version of Windows?
Do you have a firewall (other than the router) running?

Windows XP SP2 has this bug... it requires a patch found here from Microsoft. Sometimes the problem happens, sometimes it doesn't.
I have downloaded the file from Microsoft before, but couldn't find the link again... Anyways, here is a link to another forum where there are instructions to install the patch:
