Program to auto disconnect someone from the internet?

I was wondering if there is a program or something i could use to disconnect my sons computer from the internet at say a certain time at night automatically? We use a cable connection going to a "Broadband Router with 2 Phone Ports LINKSYS RTP300"

Also i hope i picked the correct forum to post this in ,thanks for any suggestions or help. Michial

It can be controlled in parental controls

What Operating system are you running ?

oh shoot sorry ,forgot to mention i was running Windows XP.
