Help me about my Linksys Wireless Router WRT54GV v 1.02.0

Hi

I have a problem about my office's router, (WRT54GV v1.02.)
I setted up and configure all the setting that i want, I made it yesterday.
And then , today i come to my office, and there is no internet access., so i check the router, every setting and configuration is at Factory Default.There is nothing i setted up.so, I have to reconfigure my setting every morning i come my office, What can i do, my configuration will not be changed until i reconfigure it again?:(

First, place the router so no one has unrestricted physical access to it.
If someone has access, their pressing the Reset button for 20 second will wipe all the security settings and place it back to Factory defaults. It also helps to keep the power constantly on by using a UPS for the router. Make certain the firmware is updated to current levels by checking Linksys' support site.

Second, change the default password to a strong password & turn off administrator console access from the wireless side and the Internet if you are controlling the router from a wired PC on the LAN.

Now make a passphrase for WPA security and hit apply, the router should confirm it took the settings.
