Please. Bump. Please.
Was MBAM run?
O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware] C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamgui.exe /install /silent
If so, post that log too...
If not, run it and post the log...
How to run a scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here (http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe) or Here (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html)
Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.[/QUOTE]

Is it still running slow?
Was the HJT log posted before or after that MBAM scan?
You may as well run ComboFix, too...post that log and a follow up HJT log.
...follow the instructions, exactly.
Please do the following:
Download this file - combofix.exe (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) to your Desktop (it needs to be run from the Desktop). Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it will produce a log for you.
Note:
Do not mouseclick Combofix's window while it is running. That may cause the program to stall...

Is it still running slow?
Boots up faster, (I did stop some items like Kodak Easy Share, Jukeboxes etc.) but, IE loading pages seems slow.
Was the HJT log posted before or after that MBAM scan?
It was after.
You may as well run ComboFix, too...
That'll have to wait a few days. They are waiting for some more memory for an upgrade. When that comes in I'll pop over, install, and run the tool.
Thanks for your help.
It is very much appreciated.

Run the scan first. If you do them at the same time you really won'y know what worked....

OK will do. As soon as I can get back over there. Should be a few days.

So I go back things are running smooth except for Comcast's Smartzone (I'll post some questions in a thread already started HERE (http://www.pcguide.com/vb/showthread.php?t=67524) which I now believe is a separate issue).
I ran MBAM just for kicks and found no issues then I ran the ComboFix. Here is that log:

After running ComboFix I go to run Belkin's Wireless router setup off a CD and find that autoplay is not working. No prompts for any type of cd's, Dvd's, flash drive etc.:(

You can turn autoplay on again, though this is no longer recommended. With the number of USB devices shipping from the factory with viruses pre-installed, it is best to leave this function turned off....
