1 Virus, possibly 2?

To start off, for the last few weeks Windows hasn't recognized me as having antivirus installed, which I do (AVG). It's always up to date and does a scan every day, never finds anything.

Lately it's been slow, random programs not responding, and now today I get the "Windows has closed this program: Services and Controller App" apparently it's the DEP doing it for my protection?

I also get the NT authorized shutdown countdown every once in awhile too.

Let's start with the fact you have three active spyware scanners and one active AV scanner on your system. It's amazing you can do anything other than start up and shutdown.

First:

Uninstall Spybot
Uninstall Adaware
Uninstall Uniblue Spyware remover.


Second:

How to run a scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here (http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe) or Here (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html)

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.[/QUOTE]

Third:

Now run Combofix...follow the instructions, exactly.

Please do the following:


Download this file - combofix.exe (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) to your Desktop (it needs to be run from the Desktop). Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it will produce a log for you.


Note:

Do not mouseclick Combofix's window while it is running. That may cause the program to stall...

Post a new HJT log
